Bob Gnoza has been named Youth Coach of the Year by the Mass. High School Coaches Association!!

Jim Pugh, Athletic Director and Head Coach of MASCO High School nominated Bob and he was included with nominees from around the state. It’s an amazing honor and we’re all very proud of him. I’m not sure if anyone in our program has ever received this honor! I do know that no one deserves it more than him. The criteria for the award are as follows:

1) A person with a long time commitment to youth football.
2) A positive person who encourages and supports young people in their football and non-football endeavors.
3) A positive role model for young people who sets good examples by his or her daily actions.
4) A person who instills confidence, dedication to team, courage and fair play in youth players.
5) A person who has enthusiastically promoted the great game of football to youth players.

The CAYFL congratulates Bob and wishes to thank him for his years of dedicated service to making ours one of the best youth football programs in the state.
